She is not a bicycling hooker. Google searches for 'bike tart' usually turn up sites or posts by guys using the term as it was originally coined to refer to a (most commonly male) person who is devoted to pimping out his bicycles. I like the secondary definition of tart: to dress something up or improve the appearance of something, and use it to describe the art of bicycling in style.
